The Art of Living Foundation created two records for the largest number of people reciting Ganesh Atharvashirsha and the largest number of people taking the pledge for a drug-free India in a place, entering the ABR also. A total of 54,560 people recited the hymn at Suryakant Kakde Farm, Pune, while 1,26,613 students participated in the Drug-Free India campaign. The event was supported by Pune University. 'Trees of Joy' plantation drive with Miyawaki method held in Ludhiana

Ludhiana, Punjab : Fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs'), AIPL Housing & Urban Infrastructure Limited (AHUIL), a pioneer in real estate development, continues a unique plantation drive 'Trees of Joy', under which micro forest of 550 saplings of 35 Native Species of Punjab will be planted as per Miyawaki (Japanese method) at AHUIL's township AIPL DreamCity Ludhiana, on Sidhwan Canal Road. Under this initiative, the plantation of micro or mini-forest was started by holding a sapling plantation activity at AIPL DreamCity Ludhiana. SBI holds cyclothon, drawing competition under ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ drive

Chandigarh : The ‘Har Ghar Trianga’ campaign of the State Bank of India (SBI) started here today with a Cyclothon and Inter School Drawing Competition with the message to host the National Flag at every house. The winners of the drawing competition were - Abhilasha (junior group), and Aaina (senior group), both from Ankur Public School .  The Inaugural lamp lighting was done by Vinod Jaiswal, Chief General Manager (CGM), State Bank of India , Chandigarh Circle . More than 200 students from different schools in Chandigarh participated in the event.
